Welcome to Pickering Creative Artists Academy! While we strongly encourage most beginning students to start in our fun and inspirational group classes, we also know that one-on-one instruction can be the key to unlocking some some student's full creative potential! 

Our private lessons provide an attentive and personalized learning experience, tailored to meet the unique needs and skill level of each individual student. Whether you're a musician or vocalist, aspiring actor, budding music producer, or talented musical theatre performer, our instructors are here to help you reach your goals and achieve your dreams. 

With private lessons, you have the flexibility to progress at your own pace, taking as much or as little time as you need to master each new concept. Private lessons are also perfect for students preparing for auditions, exams, or honing in on a specific piece of music or theatre piece. Our instructors are dedicated to helping you succeed and will work closely with you to ensure that you're always challenged and engaged. 

One of the key features of our program is our Level Up! method. Our Level UP! method is designed to keep students engaged and motivated. It is a comprehensive program that covers everything from basic technique to advanced performance skills. 

Based on the National Standards for Music Education, our Level Up! method is designed to inspire and engage students as they progress through their musical journey. With clear and achievable goals, our color-coded "Wristband Roadmap" allows students and parents to track both process and progress. As students complete goals and LEVEL UP!, they'll earn a series of scaffolded colored Pickering Academy wristbands to display their progress. 

We also offer cloud access to recorded musical tracks that students can play with at home in between their weekly classes. This helps to keep the learning going even when students aren't in class, and gives them the opportunity to practice and improve confidence and their skills.
